At one level cleansing the chakras heal the physical body by releasing stored blockages accumulated through a lifetime of trauma and negative experiences. Within a spiritual cleansing it is a minimum of three weeks that my client and me will work together to remove and clear negative energy, blockages, and dark spirits, surrounding their energy links. This can be for yourself, a love one, your home, or office. This process helps us cleanse your mind, body, soul, and spirit to become more pure and clarified throughout your life’s path and purpose. Depending on the person and the situation time and price varies. Once we initiate a reading to see what is going on we will know more of how we need to start a cleansing.

Meditation is a practice mind technique to control and calm the mind, quiet emotions, and relax the physical body. The benefits of daily meditation is for general health, mental alertness, a positive attitude towards life and a feeling of general well-being.
